According to The Sun, Chelsea could lose striker Romelu Lukaku for up to a month with an ankle injury.
The Belgium international was substituted midway through the first half in their 4-0 win over Malmo in the Champions League on Wednesday night. The same game also lost Timo Werner, who was injured at the end of the first half.
According to The Sun, Lukaku could be out for up to four weeks. Its about a month, due to a twisted ankle. This will allow the bad guy to help the team in 5 games since facing Norwich (home, Premier League), Southampton (home, Carabao Cup), Newcastle (away, Premier League), Malmo (away, Champions League) and Burnley (home, Premier League)
Fortunately, there is still a national team program to help intervene in the beginning of the month – mid-November. If so, he will return to assist the team in the team’s game against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on 20 November.
This season, Lukaku has 4 goals and 1 assist in 11 games in all competitions. But has failed to score in seven games in a row.

This is a big opportunity for Havertz to step up
Lukaku’s agent, Federico Pastorello, believes his client can come back earlier than expected from the injury, however.
Pastorello told Sky Sports News: “I was very worried because Romelu is a player who really wants to play and the fact he stayed lying on the pitch so long after the penalty. It doesn’t look good to me because he is someone who immediately stands up.
“The fact he was down for four minutes. I was with Petr Cech and I told him while watching the game that. It was something I was scared about because he isn’t one to make a fake scene.
He added: “He was very sad actually as a first reaction. But everybody was seeing he was playing a good game and I am 100 per cent sure he would have scored goals [had he stayed on].
Lukaku’s agent says he will be back stronger
“He was on fire but he is really concentrated and will be focused on his recovery as soon as possible.
“He has his physio at home so he is working hard every evening even. Before he goes to sleep so, if there is a time to come back, it will be earlier than planned.”
