We do not keep any Email address, nor do we sell them to bulk mail senders.

 

The only way we get your email is through your order or email. All orders are printed out and then deleted after it comes through our secure server. You will get a reply from our secure server after you place your order. This does not come from me. When I receive your order I will reply with a "I got it" with the download address and password.

 

We will replace the CD if it has been damage by the shipping or is faulty. We WILL NOT give refunds on any CD's titles as they are to easy to copy nowadays. If you are not sure about the title and what it covers, email  me for more info before you order. Do not make copies of any titles as it is copyrighted. -- IMPORTANT - There are no refunds on any books as they come from a different publisher, however we will replace damaged books.

 

We assume NO RESPONBILITY for items built from any titles that we sell. The Books are for instructional, and personal use only.
